A Biographical Study of the Trombone Soloists of The John Philip Sousa Band: 1892-1931
My doctoral treatise from The Florida State University. 114 pages of information about the lives and times of the trombone soloists of the greatest band of the late eighteenth- and early nineteenth-centuries. The trombonists studied at length in this document are Arthur Pryor, Leo Zimmerman, Ralph Corey, and John Schueler.
